How do I clean my Chilewich placemats and floor mats?
Most of our woven textiles can be cleaned with warm water, mild soap, and a soft sponge. For stubborn stains, use a soft-bristle brush. Avoid bleach and do not put our products in the dishwasher or washing machine.
Are your products suitable for outdoor use?
Yes, our woven vinyl textiles are antimicrobial and resistant to mold and mildew, making them ideal for outdoor dining and terraces. However, we recommend bringing them indoors during extreme weather conditions.
What is your shipping policy for domestic orders?
We offer standard ground shipping across the continental United States. Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days, and delivery times vary based on your location.
Can I return or exchange my items?
We accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that custom-made products and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
Do you offer custom sizes for rugs and flooring?
Yes, we provide custom-cut options for many of our floor mat collections. Please contact our customer service team or use our online custom tool to specify your required dimensions.
