At Chilewich, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our designer textiles. If you are not happy with your order, you may return unused and original-packaged items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and include the generated packing slip.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
